- Note depending on the item you purchase shipping times may vary. Some items shipped from our international warehouse may have a longer delivery time. Please review the ‘shipping and estimated delivery times’ at the time of checkout.

- If the country you're looking for isn't listed, this means we don't have enough shipping data to add it to this list (we haven't been shipping orders to said country). This doesn't mean we can't ship to said country, so reach out to our Customer Success team for more information. If we can ship to the country, the shipping time could be 10 to 15 days, but it could also be longer or shorter.
- Additionally, the fourth quarter of each year - Q4 is holiday season!
- During that time, you will see processing and shipping times increase.

Return & Refund Policy
- 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, no questions asked - You have 14-days from when your order was delivered to request a refund.
- Refunds are allowed on all Unused and Unopened items – no exceptions.
- To initiate a Return or Refund please contact us via the ‘Contact Us’ page.
- Customer is responsible to pay for return shipping.
- All items including any free offers or gifts must be returned in its original unused and unopened condition – no exceptions.
- Where possible please use original packaging or repack the items in a secure manner.
- Customer is responsible to pack items in a safe manner to prevent damage.
- Once your order has been received, please allow 48 hours for our team to inspect your return and issue your refund. We will make every effort to inspect and process all returns same day.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: If any part or all, of your returned items are ‘opened’, ‘used’, ‘missing’, ‘damaged’ or deemed that the company seal has been tampered with; you may be denied a refund and forfeit the product. In some special cases you may be eligible for a partial refund at the sole discretion of the company ‘All Our Lips’. Please make sure if you are returning items they are sealed, unopened, untampered, and unused. Proper care should be taken to pack the product, so it is not damaged in transit. Customer is liable for items damaged during return shipping.
- All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card. It may take longer in some cases depending on your bank or financial institutions processing times.
Damaged or Defective Product Replacement
- If a product is delivered damaged or defective, you must send us a high-quality image or video of the damage or defect to initiate a replacement. Start by messaging us via the ‘Contact Us’ page.
- If your order has been in transit longer than 5 days outside of the estimated delivery window of the country the order is being shipped to, we will issue a replacement order to be shipped. Please check your order details for estimated shipping times.
- Processing time (the amount of time it takes to issue a tracking code and ship the order) is separate from shipping time. We will make every effort to ship your replacement as soon as possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- For lost in transit or stolen packages, there's two options available to you. It's completely up to you which option you choose. Please message us via the ‘Contact Us’ page and specify an option to:

- Request a single replacement of your order, free of charge.
